AUTOTREAT-1
A frame-mounted, modular, compact small-scale unit for treating oil-emulsion, paint-laden, detergent and suspended-solids-containing wastewater, with a capacity of 1–3 m³/h depending on the pollutant load.
The first technological unit of the equipment is a reactor consisting of two compartments, each with a mixer. A feed pump pushes the wastewater into the first reactor, where the special coagulation-flocculation chemical mixture is added with a powder doser while constantly mixing. The formation of the sludge flocs is completed in the second reactor chamber. The water then flows into the plate settler, where the water and sludge phases separate.
The water flows into the clean-water tank, from which a pump forces it through a sand filter. The treated, suspended-solids-free wastewater is then discharged to the receiving environment or reused (e.g. in a car wash). The slurry settled at the bottom of the settler is transferred to a bag-type gravity filter; the water drains through the filter bag, leaving the sludge behind.
The entire treatment process is automatic, controlled by a PLC located in the switch cabinet that is part of the equipment.
