Plastic Tanks
KÖRTE Ltd. – and its legal predecessor – has been manufacturing plastic tanks for technologies handling corrosive media for many years. Their material is polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet; the latter is UV resistant (sunlight resistant).
Our technology is suitable for panelling the sheets (butt welding), extruder fusion welding, and manual hot-air welding. Our devices and measuring instruments (seam temperature gauge) ensure professional work. Our leading worker has successfully passed the Qualified DVS welding course exams in Germany.
We manufacture cylindrical tanks with diameters from 80 cm to 3 m and heights up to 4 m, sized according to DVS standards. We produce rectangular baths in any size, reinforced with metal where the size requires it (flotation units, settlers), with the appropriate internal fittings. Connections and the associated piping are made with suitable equipment using butt or socket welding.
