Chemical Dosing Units
Chemical storage and dosing tanks differ from "normal" tanks in that they are fitted differently according to their function. They are usually equipped with a mixer, dosing pump, level indicators and water inlet valves, typically in a spill-contained, double-walled design. A special solution is their installation in a container, which facilitates transport and commissioning.
The chemical dosing pumps, shut-off valves, flow meters, etc. are delivered pre-assembled. At the installation site, only the infrastructure connections required for operation (e.g. water, electricity) and the piping to the point of use (chemical dosing point) need to be connected. This makes it much faster to start operation and simplifies handling and maintenance. We pay particular attention to the design of the filling and handling of the chemical dosing tanks so that they meet occupational health and safety requirements.
