Our company installed a wastewater treatment technology alongside the newly built production capacity of one of the market leaders at international level.
Steps of the technology
- removal of solid contaminants on a mechanical screen;
- separation of contaminants in colloidal-dispersed state (paint pigments, etc.) by chemical dosing: coagulation with a trivalent metal salt solution, then flocculation with a polyelectrolyte solution;
- separation of the sludge and water phases by sedimentation;
- sludge dewatering with a plastic chamber filter press.
The project was delivered as a comprehensive turn-key solution: our company undertook every phase of the work, from design through construction to commissioning.
