A multinational food industry company developed its manufacturing capacity in Hungary, and in connection with this, it had to expand its wastewater treatment capacity as well. Our company won the tendering process, which took place over several rounds, to carry out the complete execution.
As the first step of the process, we prepared the water law establishment permit documentation. Following this, we began the preparation of the execution plans, and then based on these, the procurement and/or production of machines and equipment. Some of the technological equipment was manufactured in our own workshop, such as:
- - PP tanks
- - Mixing reactors
- - Chemical storage and dosing units
- - Automatic polyelectrolyte solution and dosing equipment
- - Carbon steel podium
- - Container moving cart, etc.
The main steps of the wastewater treatment technology are as follows:
- - Mechanical filtration for the removal of solid pollutants,
- - Collection and equalization,
- - Coagulation-flocculation treatment with chemical dosing in mixing reactors,
- - Separation of water-sludge phases by flotation,
- - Sludge dewatering on a screw press,
- - Canalization of the treated water.
We installed the technological equipment in a lightweight structure building, commissioned them, and trained their operation.
