Plastic Tanks

KÖRTE Ltd. (and its legal predecessor) has been manufacturing plastic tanks for several decades. Their materials are polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet. The latter is UV resistant (sunlight resistant).

Our technology is suitable for sheet paneling (butt welding), extruder fusion welding, and manual hot air welding. Our devices and measuring instruments (e.g., seam temperature gauge) ensure professional work. Our leading worker has successfully passed the Qualified DVS welding course exams in Germany.

We manufacture cylindrical tanks with diameters ranging from 80 cm to 3 meters and up to 4 meters in height. The sizing of these is done according to DVS standards.

We produce square baths in any size, but depending on the size, they are reinforced with metal rib stiffening (for floatation units, settlers).

The connections are made with appropriate devices and technology using butt or socket welding.
