Chemical dispensers

Chemical storage and dispensing tanks differ from "normal" tanks in that they are fitted differently according to their function. They are usually fitted with a mixer, dosing pump, level indicators, water inlet valves, typically of the damage-resistant, double-walled design. A special feature is their installation in containers, which facilitates transport and commissioning. The chemical dosing pumps, shut-off valves, flow meters, etc. are delivered as pre-assembled. At the installation site, only the necessary infrastructure connections (e.g. water, electricity) and the piping to the point of use (chemical dosing point) are required. This makes it much quicker to start operation and simplifies management and maintenance. Special attention is paid to the design of the filling and handling of the chemical dosing tanks to meet health and safety requirements.
